What the estimate includes
- Carpet: carpet, pad, installation labor, take up of the old carpet and haul away, with tax on materials.
- Luxury vinyl: plank, installation labor, take up and haul away of old carpet, tax on materials, and a freight minimum.
Not included until we measure: stairs, subfloor repair, transitions and moldings, furniture moving, and pattern match waste. Those get added to your official quote if they apply.
